Just a minor clarification. It's 150% if you actually credit above 85, not block. I did MLR twice. Blocked around 75 and awarded credit 94 both times. Pay was 98.5 hours.

Also further clarification you have to select enable max line range premium pay threshold. If you only select that and not max line range, then if the solver can, it will award 85 to a Max of 90 credit for the month. Which will then kick in the 150% over 85 (which is based on only what you were awarded and if you go over any of your awarded time).

I expect some kind a business strategy method heod to come of this scenario. You guys made the USAir vs AW pilot conflict look like a mild disagreement over that sh1t. In the end, Skywest and Mesa won. Thanks....

I believe most were manipulated into that collective insanity while a few outright worked hard at avoiding the merger.
Just my take.

In hindsight, my opinion is that the ASA MEC became an entity mostly concerned with their own union positions. An actual merger would have meant the loss of those positions.

Myself, I just wasn’t willing to give up trip trading for 7 days out of every month.

Frankly, I’ve used both PBS and line bidding. Really, what matters most is the contract language and who runs the programs. I personally have preferred PBS as it gives me more options as a senior pilot and this industry is supposed to be about seniority.
Having said that, I don’t think it’s an issue that should have held up merging. Either system we picked we would have survived and everyone would complain no matter which one we chose.
