If this conjecture doesn't include either a flow and/or massive pay increases then we are done. May as well close the doors. Because losing 50-80 a month and hiring 7 is not sustainable.

Not entirely correct. Mesaba and Compass had flows until their last day as DAL WOs back in 2010. When sold, compass kept flow rights for pilots on property before date of sale, Mesaba did not. Some from Mesaba did flow under other circumstances.

Point is, Comair and ASA were WOs for a long time, and got diddly squat.

The Comair strike screwed that up for them, and I get that.... But ASA sure didn't deserve to be Comair'd.

Dirk, except we're not losing 50-80 a month anymore. The attrition has slowed down drastically.

PH, I'm curious who at ASA would argue we did it to ourselves. We did not cost Detal $195 million like Comair did because of the strike.
