I don’t know whether there could be an agreement between SkyWest and ExpressJet to allow the ExpressJet captains gain experience through the SkyWest system or not. I kinda doubt it, but you never know.
With what is supposed to happen in the coming months, it's highly unlikely.

Not getting to vote on the TA is separate from ignoring an ISL and selectively applying a contract. The former has to do with not falling under the XJT group. Yes, we are both ALPA but separate bargaining entities right now. Those who already went over to the ERJ side WILL get to vote... remember them? But until 1 October when the next group of us goes over that's it, and the voting will be done by then.

I could see them sitting in on ground and SIm, but thats it. Just to observe.. and use SkyWests program... (this has been done before in the past)
