They can’t stay competitive when half of the CAs company wide are topped out on the pay scale. With median CA longevity above 17 years. The whole reason they are shrinking us. Can’t compete with street captains and 5 year CAs being senior at most other United Express carriers. What I say isn’t popular, but it’s reality.

If it's the goal of management to get rid of the top end of the list, why are they telling lies about so many ExpressJet pilots returning from employment LOA in order to stem the numbers leaving?
