I'll fully admit that I was in the camp thinking that XJT was on the road to be wound down over the next 3-4 years as all signs pointed to that likely happening. I still stand by that assertion as I think that was likely to occur had a sale like this not occurred. I'm glad that I was proven wrong.

However, those of you who are now coming out saying "oh look, I was right all along, all of you people who have left or doubted XJT are fools..."...Please...you sound like a PowerBall winner walking around thinking that you're a financial guru when you were once on the brink of personal bankruptcy and ruin before buying that ticket at a 7-11.

I am not a United employee or a Xjt employee.... Ual is using a newly formed entity to purchase Xjt, this is how it works and a way to use the loophole... Ual is in control and they are using the ManaAir,LLC to hold the ownership, but the members are all Ual management and the majority is "airline managers" aka Ual insiders Ual owns xjt anyway you look at it Where are you again?? you never say... an Fo stuck somwhere? figures.. lol another depressed bitter pilot.... you can always apply to Xjt if you want

So who are the members of your employer ManaAir? Did you realize UAL always was pulling the strings just like Delta and AA? Regionals do what they are told..
