The longer I'm here the more I like Expressjet pilots and discover the work environment is exactly what I expected. Reserve isn't great but it is short. The job is neither physically or mentally demanding. All in all, thumbs up and not bad. Just as I expected.

Yeah, I highly disagree. If you can manage/lead/mentor your crew it’s quite easy. I had much more mentally demanding jobs in the business world. This career is awesome, come in, fly and go home. You never bring work home. |
