Been here 13 years and I move up in seniority weekly. 15 people senior to me have left this year already. The bleeding continues.

If people are leaving for jobs at majors, or much higher paying 91 corporate gigs is it really a bleed. In the current pilot job market regionals are a supposed to be a career stepping stone not a destination.
