It’s about percentage, not how many spots you moved up. When I worked there, there was a time frame that I moved up hundreds and hundreds of spots over the course of a couple years. My relative seniority didn’t move at all. The amount of people below you on the list is just as important as how many above you leave.

Probably not anyone. The additional flying we are getting could be the result of more routes routes being flown through the system instead of turns. UA is planing to expand in DEN. I don't think a base is in the works yet, but it could definitely be an outstation. But Mesa isn't going anywhere, they purchased the 20 175's that everyone thought XJT was going to pick up.
