I sincerely hope the powers that be have an outstanding plan or this is about to get interesting, IMO. That would fit with the street Captain hiring. I bet a pretty good chunk of pilots go to GJ since they offer pay-scale adjustment for 121 years of experience. Yeah, honestly I don’t really blame XJT for a lot of this BS. Not saying they’re perfect but ultimately when Daddy U says jump our management does have to ask “how high?”
