and guess what? They will max out the 70/76 seat flying they can do and reduce 50 seat flying. And yes, chances are it will go to the people they have to pay anyway per their fee for departure contract, i.e. SkyWest. |

It’s not 13 it’s a 12 month look back on UA block hours. The amount of flying the UAX can do is tied to that. He is also wrong on the time frame. It will become an issue in Q4 2020. That’s according to my union (UALALPA). Domino isn’t a UA Pilot.

So if UAL files ch11, this whole scope issue no longer is an issue and the company can tell the union to pound sand? Potentially they can take on as much cheap labor as they want
