Sure looks like the strategy was to burn through some of the govt money and just liquidate.
I think they got over $100M from CARES.
Probably a smart decision in terms of getting the execs a little more money before they retire, but I feel bad for whomever made the decision to rejoin the company with the hopes of it being a good long term plan.

How much is the CEO going to run away with for the “services” he has provided to the company? Brilliant plan to get government cheese for what was effectively a shell company and then liquidate soon after. He might go hide in India for a while to stash some cash, but you can be sure he’ll be back…..
