Strange, I have. Not vehemently, but I have. It concerned the lack of objectivity concerning the moderation. BOTH times I never heard anything back, not even an acknowledgment that it was received.

Apparently the TOS is highly subjective and open to interpretation. I posted some thing once and had the ENTIRE post deleted for making a "snide remark". Funny, I did a search for the EXACT SAME words and found it used in the EXACT SAME context I did. Those posts were still up.

please, I got an "INFRACTION" becuase I made a comment to the fact that I thought it was funny when people stepped all over GoJets guys when they received their clearances, I got an infraction and a comment saying how it was dangerous and could kill people..............

I meant when they were receiving their clearances on the ground from Clearance delivery, not in the air...............

I understand how that could be frustrating, but the mods can't be everywhere.

It is also possible that you guys are taking the infractions out of context (notice I said possible, not certain). We have all made childish remarks and probably all deserve at least one more infraction than we have.

I don't think the name you call somebody matters as much as the fact that you are actually name calling. This place is for insightful discussion rather than a regional bashing verbal cage match. I agree that many posts seem to get overlooked but don't stoop to the level of others because they got away with it

Maybe you should have clarified. I think that anybody that has been here long enough to have read your posts from before your time as an ALPA rep (kudos for cleaning up your act) would know that you were one of the most outspoken, incoherent members of this forum.

Gee duvie, thanks. Maybe you should become a moderator. Careful with your remarks about SAAB, they may be construed as flamebait.

Oops, did I just say that? Here comes another infraction.

So, anybody hear the news? SkyWest ISN'T trying to but ExpressJet anymore.

I don't understand what's wrong with trying to be diplomatic. It seems that every thread has to turn adversarial or you guys get bored.

I'm not being adversarial, just pointing out some very relevant humor. Did you hear the news? SkyWest dropped it's bid for XJT.

I was?.

I responded to the MOD, telling him I meant on the ground, not in the air, whether I agree or disagree, I was stating what I found humorous, not sure why it deserved in an infraction. Not complaining just trying to understand
