I got my recall notice today . package with E-190 Vol 1 and 2 came via fed ex...Good eats here I come!

No, RJs WERE taking over. You might want to take a look at the amount of Regional Pilots on furlough & the amount of RJs parked/in the desert.

The 50 seater has become un-economical. I know a lot of 50 seat drivers will argue that, but look around. Everyone is parking them. CHQ, ASA, Comair, etc have all lost 50 seaters to the desert. As more and more regional contracts expire less will be renewed. One because the pay per block hour contract is a money loser & two because some airlines want the 2 class configuration on their aircraft.

I just saw that your position is listed as the DC-9osaur. Thanks for the chuckle =) I haven't heard it called that before.
