Cape Air-ExpressJet-JetBlue Gateway Program

Tom Cruz,, aka think you're ghost rider. stupid aviation joke. Although it probably didn't help him, that still wouldn't disqualify him. As long as he did Charter OR turbine. If he didn't get his multi he would then had to have gotten his CFI at "this school" to say that he graduated from the program which was indeed a qualifier.

What school are we talking about here? This "program" sounds like a rip if you ask me. One could go to several schools who already have a direct track with XJT, then go to a legacy carrier. This "program" sounds like a direct track to a second tier career, but with the same debt as the top tier. "programs" like this rarely benefit the student, they benefit the school and the airlines. Remember that.

And Delta announcing more service to N. Dakota due to oil boom...
That's why.

You do realize DAL announcing new flights doesn't translate into more money for RAH and SKW in their fixed CPAs. Right...? Even if SKW and RAH "get" this flying, the planes will simply be pulled off other flights at DAL's whim.

So what it sounds like is you need to take a bunch of other over priced courses in lieu of PFT charter course. Not much has changed at good ole SIU it seems like and before you go off telling people they're completely wrong realize SIU has made sweetheart deals to certain students that like to brown nose. You won't be getting recommendations for the internship with out spending handfuls of cash just like every other 141 university.

@captain tony yes it's a way over priced course and school unfortunately all it's been turning out is a lot of egotistical dorks way over their head in debt. Cape on the other hand is a great company I'm just not a fan of this marketing scheme and how it leads kids to paying for over inflated flight courses.

With the compensation being what it apparently is, I imagine it's a sweet deal for a lot of guys... I can't imagine anyone commutes, the money is decent, and if you like the company and the flying-why leave?
