I'm assuming these colors will only be the new branded planes, the other 200+ Continental Express ERJs stay as they are?

Nah stay Continental, I live 15 mins from EWR. I would love to do the west coast stuff, but kinda akward timing in this stage for me. Besides from what I hear it is going to go "senior"
