Endeavor has recently been awarding captain positions to pilots with the minimum 121 time. There's been a few that were awarded captain while they were still in initial and it looks like it will continue for the foreseeable future. 9E also loves guys with prior CRJ time and there's been a pretty solid rumor we'll be opening an ATL base soon. Dude, lateral is a whole lot better than what's coming.

Get to a LCC (hell, Spirit and Frontier can't fill classes to save their lives.) I hear Frontier has a less than 2 year upgrade.

Legacies love to poach from LCCs, plus a type in an airbus is a lot more valuable than a million hours in an rj.

I'm not trying to be a jerk, but think about it this way: What regional airline has ever parked half it's fleet and survived?
