Probably a GREAT TOP TEN list for this one...things I'd rather do than be back on active duty....
I'll start....
I'd rather stagger on a hub turn for :45 minute nap in a sleep room with another pilot's leftover steamer in the trashcan before going on a 3 leg AM departure than go back on active duty....
I'd rather do LMS every day and then have them hiccup and make me start over after completing all but the last module....over and over....than go back on active duty...
I'd rather layover in FNT than go back on active duty...
I'd rather do walkarounds in 1/2 an inch of **** and de-ice fluid than go back on active duty...
(you get the idea....)

I really doubt that they are targeting airline pilots. There are plenty of rated retired guys laying on their couches right now seriously thinking about going back into AD. I personally know two retired AF pilots who now cannot hold a class one that are calling their congressmen.
