Lateral movement means FO to FO (any airplane) or FO75 to FO75 (just different domicile)?

Essentially same pay scale. So WB to WB is, NB to WB is not. FO to Capt is not.

Historically there’s been a long lag between system bids and actually training in a new type. That gap might start shrinking soon.
