Too many variables and it depends on how long the hiring continues. With most new hires going to the 75 for the foreseeable future a lot of 75 FOs in front of you will put any WB on the wish list. But it is supposedly an expanding base. Worst case probably 5 years. Likely no more than two years.

To add to this. I think you will see an explosion of IND flights soon. Big plans for gates etc...

Nope. New hires can only go to an aircraft that wasn’t filled on the last bid. The 777 FO is full. Those days I believe are gone.

The company will do as they please and put new hires wherever they are needed at that time. And there is absolutely nothing anyone including the union can do about it.
