OK, I guess I am an "old guy", but if half this stuff is really going on here, we are in a world of hurt.
I thought the old guys were supposed to mentor the new hires?

Actually, some do, some don't. Or maybe they all need it, just at varying degrees.

One early morning in the AOC I caught a quote that from an old-ish looking Captain to a young-ish looking FO standing at the folder:

Please don't make this a Civ vs Mil thread. This is intended to be Old vs Young. It's also strictly for polling purposes.
Stuff I've heard so far:
'Recorded for Social Media': Millennial FO sits down and pulls out Go-Pro camera, mounts it. Captain: "Ahh put that away." Millennial FO: "But I record all my flights!" Captain: "Not this one" (calls DO and has her removed from the trip)
'Gesture Bullying': Heard two versions: Millennial FO became upset because Captain was pointing at him/her too much (reasons unknown) and Millennial FO became upset because captain put his hand near the flap lever without being ordered to (more than once even!). Could possibly have both happened and be 2 x separate instances.
'Checklist Abuse': Millennial FO was PF and behind the airplane on arrival. Captain assaults FO in shoulder area with checklist, "Hey, how about the approach check??" Millennial FO is physically injured and demands mediated de-breif because he/she was "attacked in the workplace". Captain had to promise to stop hitting people with laminated pieces of paper.
'GET YOUR OWN MEAL, ***HOLE': Millennial FO refused to bring up both meals (when asked) because of, well....I don't really know.
'Its EUROPEAN!': Millennial FO had uniform pants tailored to resemble 'skinny jeans' (google it) and had shirt sleeves shortened to Terry from Reno 911 specs (Google "Reno 911 Terry", then click images). Another new FO with a comparable employee # + normal pants/shirt proceeds to chew him out for looking retarded and embarrassing all new hires in the AOC. Multiple pilots witnessed the event. Result/Consequences unknown at this time.
'UNRECEPTIVE': Captain was super super old (like more than 50!!) and on the way out, didnt give a **** so why argue? Millennial FO had a lot, I mean an awful lot, of suggestions. Old Captain didn't really listen and stared out the side window. Millennial FO: "YOURE BEING REALLY UNRECEPTIVE." Consequence unknown, assuming Captain retired or is dead.
'The Triple': Can PERSONALLY vouch for the validity of this one; I'm the one who reported it. 4 man, I mean "person" 777 crew in CAN. 3 old men + one young 'girl' (presumed gender unknown) with a bad haircut and puffy parka. The 3 x old dudes stood near the front desk and talked while they checked out, while Zhe stood off to the side and alone, gender excluded. Unsure if a formal complaint was filed on Zer behalf, so I filed one out moral responsibility.
This is it, boys. I don't want to live in Clown World. It's just not funny anymore.

I see your leadership conundrum and understand why you wouldn’t post this in jetflyers. Btw, there are plenty of old questionable pilots in our past. Just google it.
