MEM 77 - 5
MEM MD - 2
MEM 76 - 3
MEM 30 - 4
MEM 57 - 5
IND 76 - 0
OAK 76 - 2

I guess the company is completely fine paying MEM MD'ers AVA and Draft pay for another year with these small assignments.

Well hopefully there won't be a lot taking AVA and Draft over the next year.

Hold each and every one of us accountable. It can happen.

Is there some sort of secret code word that gets sent out when we’re supposed to stop accepting draft?

No that would be an illegal job action and the union could/would get sued.

Even making a post as an individual on a web board could cause problems for the union.

I figured as much. Some of the more seasoned people are going to have to cut recent hires a little slack going into this. I’m sure that just like with disputed pairings, some people may not have all the info or even know where to get it.

it appears as if we may have favorable conditions under which to negotiate the new contract. Hopefully we don’t blow it again.

Temporary restraining orders are the new fad in the Airline Management playbook.

In Spirit's case it was the pilots no longer flying Open Time assignments at the same frequency that they did previously (A change of the Status Quo).

Posts on APC were also used frequently during the court hearing.

United did it as well:

Yup, there is well established history on the matter. Let’s not give the company any ammo.

You can comment about what YOU as an Individual are doing.

Contacting other pilots, or naming names, can get you fired or forced into retirement.

It's not the SCAB clicker era anymore. Now it's creating a hostile work environment and I don't think there's a Union that can save you from a complaint submitted to management.

The best protection should FedEx come looking for hostages is a long history of not working extra. In general, if I get bumped for training I might look for something to fill that gap. But I'd rather go to the hotel in Memphis than suck up a 2 or 3 leg night.
