Hello I have a few questions to ask. I know things fluctuate a lot but just a rough estimate.
1. How long does it take for a new hire MEM 777 FO to hold a primary line and a secondary line? 2. Do 777 Relief FO lines go more senior? 3. Since the next system bid is projected to be spring/summer of 2022 would it take up to 1-2 years for you to go to your assignment? If so why? Just curious is all. Blue skies to all of you and safe flying. 2. I wouldn’t say they are much more senior. RFO lines seem to be dispersed pretty evenly throughout the lines that people were awarded. 3. I bet the next system bid happens a little sooner than that but who knows. Captain training seems to be happening much earlier due to growth and retirements. It seems like we are at max training capacity and FOs going to different fleets are getting pushed back because we need to train all the new FOs we are hiring. I’d love to hear from someone that REALLY knows the deal how our massive bids and drawn out training letters save the company money.. |

In April they were telling interview groups the goal was 60+ per month for the next 18 months.

Two west coast questions:
1) OAK is going very junior in the class drops, but is it likely to become more senior once it's established and fully staffed? i.e. if someone is hired in the next few months do they have a chance to get there within a couple years? 2) Is LAX super senior? Thank you! |

1) If hired within the next few months and awarded either the 757 MEM or the 767 MEM or IND (assuming can’t hold OAK) then one would stand a very good chance of being awarded OAK on next bid. No one knows when that will be and nothing is guaranteed.

What’s the latest & greatest on CGN 75? How senior is it for FOs to make it out there?

Filled up to 90% on System Bid 20-02, so there are a few New Hire slots when they offer them. But even the guys on the current bid award/training letter have not been able to transition over there due to COVID restrictions. |

Not sure if this is the right thread to ask, but recently received a CJO and was told to expect class in August. I am getting married in October and worried about timing class around wedding and honeymoon. Does anyone have experience with this or know who to contact in training department to talk to about this?
