Schoolhouse rumor. September or October. Big bid. No excesses.

Do the system bids happen historically start on the first of the month or not at all? The suspense is killing me

Historically, how often are system bids? I’m just wondering because I think I could be close to being the bottom person for what I want based on 19-01, but this bid could go more senior since it’s been so long since the last bid. I’m just curious if I miss getting the award that I want, will there be a bid in 2021 or could it be another 2 years before the next bid?

It’s really hard to tell. It could easily be two years, or it could be next year. I doubt the company knows.

Rumor has it that this bid is going to be very big, so my guess is that if you could hold (or almost hold) something in the 19-01 bid, you should most likely hold it this time. Good luck!

I think there will be around 800 new hires over the next two years.

Thus, I suspect it will be a big bid.
