Default New "flow through" program starting...

Depending on your situation, this might be a good deal:

Same qualifications and process as a street hire?

Sounds like an interview

Sorry,

So many Pro instructors have cycled into this program and have already left the company. I even met a guy that was
in management and was not allowed to go to the line.

full disclosure: I interviewed and didn’t make it. I’m a pilot again and now at Allegiant.

I've heard of quite a few that did their commitment and then did make it past the interview..

So the interview or the line is after the commitment. Is it the exact same interview as any other applying or the line?

This wouldn’t be a flow, just a guaranteed interview after 2 years.

Why. Plenty of qualified people who have legacy recs. We will have a lot more people applying because of this current situation. The company is short of instructors. So start paying more.

This is a great idea. I'm pretty sure this is a guaranteed job after serving as an instructor for 2 years. Further, my opinion is that they should be given a line number on day 1 as an instructor, meaning after their tour, they'd be a 2-year FO.
