Default CitationShares BRIDGE PROGRAM - Operations Representative

Just wanted to run the following job by some of you at the company and see if I could get some more info. I am a recent graduate pilot and wish to fly, but this seems like a great opportunity to get some insight in to the workings of a great company (Of course I have future plans or starting my own air charter). I don't wish to delay my flying, I should say I don't wish to write it off, delay is fine, I just don't want it to disappear on me. Anyone working at CitationShares know what living expenses are like in the area? Any other information is much appreciated.

They don't have a union, and they're not growing so if you hire today your chances of making captain are nil.

Ya dont do it, they dont have a union. Is that a good reason not to pursue an opportunity? Do professionals in other job markets make career decisions based on if the labor is organized or not? Just curious.

Who told you that?

From this website:

Deliveries for 2007: 5 CJ3s, 3 Excels, 6 Sovereigns
It isn't as big as NJA and never will be, but we are growing. How's that four year upgrade at NJA, by the way?
