The pool (people waited over a year) was drained with the Oct 22nd class. A few of the first recent interviewees made it in there as well. Another friend of mine had a successful interview just the other day and was told it would be next year before he could get in a class.
Finally, as far as I know, the rumored classes for Nov and Dec have not been announced (officially) or filled. If recent history is the litmus test, people are getting invites around 45 days prior to class start date. Depending on the date of the Nov class, invites should go out in the next 2-4 weeks and Dec in the next 6-8 weeks. Class sizes have been around 25 people, except for the most recent, which was around 35. I’m not sure what the Nov/Dec class sizes are but the rumor is smaller than what we’ve seen recently.
I know that’s a lot of rumor, but that is the playing field as I can piece it together.

Also, of note. The DEC 20 ITU was not published last week and would typically contain the New Hire Slots for NOV BI in the form of System's Class dates for December. It appears that they may have run out of excess slots from Vacancy 19-01 and will have to post a New Vacancy.
