How many new hires at your regional?
I was wondering if we could all share some info about how big are the latest new hire classes at your regional to have an idea who is attracting more people after all and not just how many they are "expecting" to hire.
Latest 2 classes for Endeavor:
March 28th class: 26 new hires
April 11th class: 17 new hires

You'd think with all this cash they are handing out day one these days they'd be somewhat selective. The interview process has changed significantly since 2006 and I think most instrument rated pilots would have no problem passing an interview these days. Obviously, they would not be invited with such low experience. Point is you have to be straight potato to not get hired. Ha
