TSA has been getting 8-12 each class, 2x per month. We had one class of two about 6 weeks ago that seems to be a fluke.
A new seniority list came out with 541, up from about 510 at new years. In this climate thats pretty good for a small pilot group. Last year when I was hired, I was 430, now I've moved up about 150 spots. Despite all of the doom and gloom, movement seems to be good, and we've lost a few to UAL and AA in the past couple weeks. That's good news for everybody :-)!
I just over 15 months, I hit my 1000 121 and seem on track for an 18 month upgrade.

As Celeste alludes to, an important part of the metric is pilot group size.
At TSA if we get 30 a month, we're on the gravy train.
If Skywest gets 30 a month, they're gonna be parking airplanes soon.

I don't know how long it can possibly continue, but for now we are getting 80-100/month at Skywest.
