Way to go FedEx! Changing this racist mascot is long overdue.

Bozo the pilot,
Maybe you did not intend to portray a sense of self satisfying superiority dismissing the opinion it is a racist name(right or wrong). FYI, snowflake is usually an ad hominum attack, kind of like the taunt of a schoolyard bully a la Ayn Rand ; "you're a wuss, and so your argument is invalid".
If the recent articles on PFC indicate anything, it's my humble opinion that this attitude or opinion will not be tolerated by FedEx any longer.

Don't have a dog in this fight, but would like to point out that 62 high schools use the Redskin mascot, including 3 on Indian Reservations.

Businesses need to stop injecting themselves into social and political discussions, and instead perform the business they were designed to and make the money they're intended to.

If employees don’t like any stance their employer takes, other than quitting, the only thing you can do is write to the CEO. This is how all the other employees of other corporations are making their company’s take these stances.

Just gotta add one letter, and everything is ok. The activists are satiated, and the ego is stroked:
"Washington Fred-skins"

Not necessarily proud of FedEx today, but they’re being bullied by the activist types. Too bad FedEx, Nike, and a few other fortune 100’s are bowing to the pressure. They should give a collective middle finger to the crowd and let Snyder (possibly the second biggest jackass in the NFL) do what he wants.

In the mid 90s I attended a Ga Tech/FSU game and Braves game in the same day with the same group of Indians protesting at both events. I’m well aware of the history. The Seminole Nation is proud of their association with FSU. Too bad some Cherokee tribespeople don’t like the general term ‘Brave‘ and another tribe’s likeness being used.
I support the owners to make their own decisions based on what’s best for their fans and community. What I don’t support is the corporate blackmail of activist investors threatening FedEx, Nike, McDonalds, and others based on their tertiary business/ad deals.
if I’m old fashioned then so be it.
