So, if my China visa expires and I have a RFO rip to China, what is CRS doing? Are the pulling you off the trip or doing revisions to avoid China?

With all the extra flying, I'm betting they are going to just revise the trip and lose the China layover and not the entire trip??? They need the meat in the seat.

You also need a China passport to go to hkg. FedEx requirement.

What are you talking about? Just in HKG and I don't have a Chinese passport, never have and been going there many years.

I know a place in Mumbai where you can get as many passports as you want. And a nice leather travel case to match. You can get Pakistani commercial pilot licenses at the same place. Sometimes you just have to be resourceful. But I guess it depends on how badly you want to fly into China.

What if you bid it and/or already have it awarded, then visa expires? What are they doing? Pulling trip or revisions?

I’m not really sure on this, but I believe they revise your trip or put you in sub.

I think CRS only denies Bid Line Adjustments. I don’t think you need a China Visa to go to the other countries (Japan, Taiwan, etc) if it’s on your line. They just won’t let you pick one up or trade if you don’t have the China Visa.

Probably a plus at this point not to have a China Visa or go to HKG judging by that bloody thread. Mine expires soon, hmmmm.

Revised and you WILL be punished. My 7 day trip turned into 14. Whatever happened to the 84 hour extension limit? CRS IS NOT YOUR FRIEND. Do them NO favors, they will screw you in a heartbeat and then laugh about it.
