UPS has a 12% B Fund. That’d be my guess.
Might as well go for 13%. That would pattern bargain off UPS and also come darn close to maxing our the B Fund up to the $57K limit based off the $285K cap. Assuming you put in the $19.5K limit. So many limits!

I agree with pattern bargaining and getting more than 12%. But 20% would max it out. Thirteen is not that close to that, in my opinion but definitely better than not getting any increase.

Keep the A plan. Raise if you can.
Raise the B plan as fast as you can. Shoot for 20% some day.
VB stinks.

How about Fedex funds all of our retirement banks each year. If you make over X amount, you get the extra cash over cap. That way, not one dollar of our regular pay has to be diverted to our saving. As for the X amount, I say 50% of first year pay!

That’s essentially what a 20% B fund with cash over cap does.

Survey Glitch
Possible Survey software glitch.... I have emailed ALPA and posted on JetFlyers.
Pass the word.
I think there is a glitch in the survey. I have saved and exited twice. Using the proper link to return to the survey I noticed that some of my answers had changed. Any question that required a drag and drop to rank the importance of a category had defaulted to its original order. The order I had put them in did not save. As I said, I tried twice and both times my answers didn’t save completely. When I first returned, all of those questions had changed. The second time two of them were wrong. Check you answers prior to final submission.
