[QUOTE=PurpleToolBox;3168531]FedEx is NOT going to leave China. I asked our CEO questions about China. He said most of the world’s industrial manufacturing takes place in the HK SAR/Guangdong Province and it would be financial suicide if FedEx pulled out of China.
You have access to Fedex CEO, I doubt. And if you do, retire.

Profits just didn't grow at the rates some wanted. Still massively profitable. That's the problem with "the market". They want 5-10 percent increases every year. Just isn't possible even for the best ran companies.

Holy smokes, what are you smoking???? Gross profit of $48/$49B??? Do you even know how to read financial statements?? In 2019 and 2020, Fedex BARELY broke even with declining revenue and margins. While the margins was explained by the costs associated to expand the ground network, I believe that was one of the few years Fedex experienced revenue decline. It was a bad combination of events that lead to analysts predict doom and gloom. When the stock dropped below $100, that was just completely stupid levels. So I thank Covid for allowing me to accelerate my retirement funding, just kick myself in the arse by selling so early at near 100% return. In case you don’t know how to read FS, 2019 FY Operating Income $4.4B, Net Income $540M (barely break even)/ 2020 FY Operating Income $2.4B, Net Income $1.2B.
