Oh the Memphis short-sightedness at its best. I know you don't mean to do it, but virtually all of the HKG based pilots are on continuous lockdown day in day out, month in month out.

I know many people say our flying is diverse and there's something for everyone. Respectfully I have to ask, have you flown at a legacy? Because FedEx's flying it definitely not as diverse as a Legacy. FedEx's international operations do rival a Legacy's international structure in locations as FedEx flies many country-to-country routes. Whereas Legacies tend to fly from the USA to another Country and back. But domestically, our operations center around a PM or AM hub sort. That's it. And the new "twilight" in Indy. In Delta, just in Atlanta, Delta flies to over 225 locations and more than 1,000 flights a day. Delta does seven banks each day the size of FedEx's AM launch.
It sounds like you are very unhappy with your current position. With everything above considered, what pax Legacy/Major would you rather be at if you had to start all over today? And Why? Specific examples of where said airline is better than FedEx and how the overall package is superior, please.

I’m responding to someone looking to come here as a new hire - not someone already in HKG who has endured the ultimate bait-and-switch screw job of the last 20 months.

FedEx pilots don't have a bad contract however they shouldn't be giving up things they've already earned or negotiated. In the past few years FedEx pilots have embraced a lot of change and adopted efficiencies which has made FedEx Express much more profitable and safer: wake up call system, new fuel ladder, less than all engine taxi and PART 121/Flag Operations. And FedEx pilots have crushed it during COVID. They've literally put their lives and families at risk while delivering the Purple Promise. FedEx management violated the people, service, profit mantra that made this company what it is today by negotiating contract 2015 knowing exactly how they were going to dupe the FedEx pilots.
I am trying to wake up FedEx pilots we don't don't make the same mistakes of C2015. It is time FedEx pilots hold the line and advance the ball.
Been there, done that. Not going back unless FedEx burns down.

It’s not the pilots job to worry about peak. It’s not the pilots job to worry about the day to day operations or how the contract affects it. That is managements job. Don’t do their job. The pilots job is to focus on flying from point a to point b safely. Focus on your job and vote on how the contract affects it.
Any concessions in the next TA will result in a no vote from me.

well get ready. To get a 3% raise your gonna have to give 5% efficiency gains to flight management.

That’s not supposed to be how it works during record profits. Maybe all the civilian pilots that have been hired the past few years will say NO to that BS mentality while the military pilots will continue to think we have to give back to get something.

Sounds like someone has an inferiority complex. That’s the only reason I can think of for you trying to start a military vs civilian fight. Or, maybe your just a DB.

I am a DB but I’ve also flown with far too many pilots that are willing to bend over backwards for the company to complete the mission and help the company out. Too many pilots flying fatigued and too many pilots allowing the company to violate the contract and walk all over them.
