Hey folks, I have an application question if you can stomach it? Recently just completed (updated from my last efforts in 2016) my application on the careers.fedex.com site. Finally got my app cleaned up and submitted. When I click on my profile and go to “completed applications” it takes me to a differently formatted page. It has a lot of my updated info…..but is also missing a whole lot (like dates, employer name, etc…). I’m not quite sure what’s up with that…….would someone who has recently done it mind filling me in? I’ll go ahead and fill out the vacancies….just want to make sure I’m doing this correctly. Thanks!
Once you get the invite to apply (mentioned above) you update one final time on the initial app. Then in your invite to apply email, there is a link where you verify your app again 1 final time. When you do that, you will get the response "P001 crew member app was submitted successfully."

I highly suggest an applicant attend the job fairs. I know two people personally who received interviews from attending NGPA.

Nope.
You need to do RST for the assessment, and Spitfire for the in-person day.

Yes, or Spitfire, new startup started by a former ECIC counselor. Same thing, just packaged differently, albeit not the same longevity or proven track record. Really any of the prep companies will help you with the panel interview, but only these two have robust prep for the CRM event (or whatever you want to call it.)
No need for RST anymore, really no need at all for the COG prep. However, the “CUT-E” service does the same thing (if not better) than the RST COG trainer for a small fraction of the price if you really feel the need. Anyone who tells you “don’t be stingy, pay for RST” is out of touch with the new interview process.

A few good companies out there, but it is your career opportunity at stake. Do you want the acknowledged leader and expert on FedEx or the new guys? They are not bad at all. ECIC is just the best.
And full disclosure I was an ECIC client with multiple Major CJOs and have been a coach there for over 6 years with hundreds of successful FedEx Clients.
Choices.
