Brian is bored so he's gotta see if he can rile up some division. It's so odd, for someone seemingly intune enough to know how important unity is in a time like this, but since he doesn't have a seat at the table he has to constantly bring others others down.
What's next, are we going to waste some more resources and try to recall some more reps? What a joke.

Leadership starts where?
Ask your reps if everyone on the team is truly on the team.
Recalls, with our level of apathy? Heck some of the reps ran unopposed. No, you are stuck with them.
I care about leaving this union better than I found it. No one can say we are better today. No one. And it is all of our faults.
We are going to get the contract we all deserve. But at least we are still getting thank you letters and platitudes.

We cant even “fly our lines”. This is the main struggle for 70-80% of our pilot’s. Its like crack the last 3 years. They are now addicts. We will get marginal gains after 3 years of negotiations because we never get behind OUR union with OUR actions. I don’t care who you put at the table to negotiate for us. They would have no more success because we can’t just simply fly our lines.
I have read many union communications that have asked for us pilots to step up. I continue to fly with guy after guy doing draft/ava/vbb.
In three years when the dust settles the true enemy in the fog will appear. Its the guy next to you most of the times.
