I do remember reading something to the effect that wearing the liner only isn’t uniform, but i can’t remember where. It was a couple years ago.

👍🏻 I’ll be the guy not complaining about uniforms. Who meets the folders any more? And for that matter, I can’t believe how many say “the last guy I flew with called me in the sleep room and asked why I’m not at the folder”.

It’s called humor and sarcasm…. If you think I really care than you are mistaken.

We wouldn’t have assumed.

We’ll never get a good contract until we dress like professionals!

Lesson finally learned for me I guess.

It’d be great if this was incorporated into the uniform policy section. Also probably a good insite/DART question as well.

so since a pilot hired today doesn’t have access to that FCIF, are they required to comply with a policy they can’t even find?

A buddy just got called out on it so we’d love to find out if it’s even written anywhere, otherwise he can tell the person to go pound sand.

Thanks for your help this forum is awesome!!
I tried to find the same thing…but couldn’t. My view is that it’s a uniform item that serves a purpose when worn by itself. And it’s not written anywhere (that I know of) that prevents me from wearing it. Plus…if your buddy is off probation then tell the captain to pound sand, respectfully of course
