Yea someone else mentioned that many are a fan of just the parka liner. And of the less than 5 people I've seen sporting just the parka, I've always done a double take and it's a new hire.

We need a FCIF that states if your belly is this big (pictures as an example), you must purchase this length of tie. If the largest tie available at M&H doesn’t come to your belt, then your flights will no longer be catered.

Is the policy of not wearing jeans and a t-shirt when deadheading considered part of the uniform policy even though is not uniform? I’ve never understood why it matters what we wear when deadheading as long as we are complying with the specific airline’s dress policy.
Anyway, we can walk and chew gum at the same time.

I definitely don't. In the AF if you get called out by a shoe clerk it's great to be able to throw it back in their face, but it only works when you know the regs better than they do... I just wanted to know if there was a reference somewhere I didn't know about that this CA was using to make his "correction".

Depending how long you've been here, we used to have to wear a tie if you were in first class. The Fedex policy was very similar to the airlines' non Rev dress code. The airlines have relaxed their dress code drastically, Fedex, not as much.
