2%, I'm only asking for 1% of your time.
Call, write, or talk to your REPS once every other month, attend one meeting a year. That would take less than one percent of your time and we would have a thousand pilots at every MEM Joint council meeting, not 47, and every rep would have 1500 comms every quarter, not less than 10.
Blame anyone you want, it is your contract.
And about lanyards, if you must show your "team colors," How about wearing two. One for them, and one for you.
About the informational picketing, yes it is going to be hot, yes you are going to sweat, yes you will be a little uncomfortable, but it is your contract. Clearly it is your choice.

Get all the AVA and Draft while you sweat in the sun. pat may and the MEC will be in a cool room having $500 lunches with the company. Probably in the Caribbean with their family paid for by you. Sounds similar to the the the past lawsuit pat may weaseled out of. You are all fools for believing that this mec and pat may are out for your interests.

Go ahead and RSVP and come in early for the pre/post rally to hear the NC speak directly to the members. Don’t think the lunch is $500, but it will be free food.

Pat May and the negotiating committee will be at the picket, standing out in the sun with everyone else. Hope you’ll find the time and make the effort to be there.

You are the poster board of a management type or wannabe. Should we all just stand idly by while management drags out negotiations or should we do further things such as picketing. Im glad they chose picketing.
Look at this guys previous posts. Has to be either paid by management or just loves to create disunity. Either way you are a tool.
I bet all the union volunteers will be out in full force while many (you included it appears) only think about themselves. Subcontractor mentality in full force.

Whats the location of the shareholders meeting? Is it assessable for hundreds to picket? A lot of factors i’m sure. We did picketing at my previous major. You can’t just pick any location it actually has to be approved by local authorities and permitting offices.
