Maybe more would wear them if the union actually sent some out. It took me 4 phone calls and almost two months of waiting to get one from the union when I needed to replace my old one which started looking ratty. Doesn't exactly inspire confidence in the our union's ability to get anything done if they can't even send out a lanyard to a dues paying member. I won't even talk about how naive our MEC is since it wasn't much more then a month ago at the MEM hub turn meeting where they they expressed some hope of getting a deal done by the end of May. I guess they forget to mention that was May '23....

Regarding draft, where is all this draft that everyone is talking about?? At least in the MEM76 left seat there is very little in open time and I've been called only 2 or 3 times for draft by scheduling in the last year. Once during a icing event and a couple of times during peak. For someone living in MEM there is probably draft but as a commuter even if I wanted to fly draft, I just don't see any draft/AVA available and I'm certainly not getting called.
