For those who don't know, while you are in cruise at altitude ask someone in the cockpit who has a seniority number around 250000 or less.

It has been almost a month since the NC put out a message stating that if it appears that they are at an impasse, more information about positions may need to be communicated. We were basically down to the money then. Do we know about positions yet?

It was almost 4 weeks ago that the NC finished their last announced negotiating session. Since that time, they have met with the company, but the dates were not published.

We now have a picketing event tomorrow, and no more information than we had on September 3rd.

Why is there such silence from the MEC?

I agree. The silence is deafening. How do they expect unity with no communication from leadership.

Here, here! And why is the union allowing violations of Status Quo by the company? Where are the lawsuits?
