Really, They've been communicating with us???? So can you point me to the communication that tells us how many negotiation dates were added? How about the message that states when the last date is/was? Where are the positions they said they may publish if there isn't movement? Wasn't that message about a month ago?

You mean the picketing event that they couldn't tell us a date for when we were bidding for our September schedule? Isn't that the same event that the block reps knew the date of, though many did not bid around even though they are senior enough in their respective seats to have that date off?

They already told you that information. Contact your rep. Communication goes both ways. I did. He responded back in 10 minutes!

If they already told us that information, why would I need to contact my rep for it?

Were did I ask you to negotiate in public? I didn't!!! Since you can't provide the communications that you say exist, you try to deflect.

Where did they tell us the days that they added after Sept. 1? Just tell me the date of the comm and who sent it and I can look it up. You can't, because there was never a comm sent with the dates. If I could be in NY, I would. Is your rep in NY? Why didn't he bid around the date?

That's not what I said. I told you they already told you the extra dates and there were NO MORE added. The dates have come and gone. And THEY BEGGED PEOPLE TO SHOW UP TO PICKET FOR A VERY IMPORTANT REASON !!!

If you don't get what's going on, and it appears you don't, CALL YOUR REP AND ASK

Show up and picket if you have the day off and don’t undermine any leverage that we may have. The union not having a TA for us means they’re not accepting a **** deal from management like UALPA MEC did. We need to show them that they still have the support they need to get this deal done and done right, and that requires some patience and blind trust on our end. If they fail us, then we can work on replacing the MEC but so far they haven’t, even if the communication hasn’t been to your personal standards.
