It is possible to have language that is clear. We have many of those areas in our contract. Let’s duplicate those. Let’s clean up the gray areas. If my memory serves me correctly the NC said that is what we did with scope.

The new Scope language will provide a transparent and straightforward methodology to calculate wet lease payments in the future and protections which do not exist today.
