If it’s not being improved or being clarified, why change the language? New language leaves room for the companies own interpretation.

It is possible to have language that is clear. We have many of those areas in our contract. Let’s duplicate those. Let’s clean up the gray areas. If my memory serves me correctly the NC said that is what we did with scope.

And "protections" can mean almost anything.
