New Corporate Strategy? How long have you dealt with big business? That is the norm. Been here a long time and have been lied to plenty by management and the big corporation.
Cloud Sailor if I remember right you kissed a mile of a.. to come here. Maybe you were a little star struck and did not look deep enough into how Fedex Corp works.

Have you ever kissed a$$, sought favor to get something in life, a job, a partner, a social position?
Has that thing, person, organization or position you sought ever disappoint you at any time?

Sure plenty of disappoints in my life but I didn't come on the internet and cry about it. I did my best to turn things around and get back moving forward. I am sure I will have plenty of disappointments in the future too. Probably one in four to six months if my guess is correct.

Wake Up has gotten old. Just like know your worth.
Until now you have only been here during the good times. Everyone drinking champagne and cashing big checks. I have been here through quite a few bad times. Can tell you it got pretty ugly. The reaction/response by the Senior Leadership has been the same.
Look at Tesla the darlying of Wall street. Not meeting numbers and a slow down in sales. Plenty of layoffs and belt tightening. You think the loyal Tesla employees were told when they were hired that they would lose their jobs? I bet they were told they will be part of a new revolution in cars and that Tesla will be the leading car maker in the world and that their future will be bright!
Elon has enough money to keep them all employed, he must be the second coming of scrooge not keeping them on the payroll.
Unethical or just life in big business.
Yuko, If you do not know not worth expalining it to you.

How's that? Please explain. So let's say he did vote yes..........that was his right. How's he going to be sorry for that? Seems to me those that voted "no" own the narritive right now and I don't see a lot of solutions except for "let's just let the RLA play out." What does that look like? Even JG (who I have A LOT of respect for) says it will be a "daunting task." His Fly-by-night podcast wasn't confident inspiring to me.
