YOU ARE A LIER!!!! No better or clearer way to state it.
There absolutely are limits in our current agreement, they are limited to no more than the number of scheduled net gains of aircraft for that year. The fact the "union" can't read their own language, and never challenges the company when they violate it, is another matter. You should try not letting the MEC do your thinking for you and just read Section 1 for yourself. Also, it's "LIAR". There is no "E", in it. You are a moron, also no "e". Do better.

the idea that "we gave away scope" is a joke.
we’re not only making it easier/cheaper to wetlease, but we’re giving up our pension and work rules… all for a pay increase that doesn’t even come close to touching inflation or industry leading wages.

This TA is a big win for wall street

You read the Union FastRead on scope? It absolutely says there is no current wet lease limit. But hey, you are a labor attorney and have been looking at this for all of two weeks. So I'll believe you. I mean why not, you stepped backwards, sat on your butt and did nothing to help the Union. Keep on with the misinformation based on your extensive knowledge about Scope.

The same union that gave us this POS? No. I don't really care what they tell me, I care what they show me. And, so far, as usual, my union hasn't shown me anything worth my time. I get that you are a cheerleader for those clowns, regardless of their performance. It is honestly the most thought free, and responsibility free, way to navigate this stuff. The thing you are implying is that scope is written in a language too difficult for mere mortals to understand. We must place our faith in the pilots masquerading as lawyers on our NC. It isn't really that way, and the language SHOULD be clear and unambiguous enough that even you can read and understand it. Scope sucks, and it always has. This TA would make it suck a LOT worse, and give us a fraction of penalty dollars compared to the already sucky CBA2015. A competent NC wouldn't simply try to pass off different sucky language as a win, they would fix the old sucky language so that it was a lot less sucky. They didn't. Instead, they accepted the Company's offer and are selling it as their own. My Union Speaks For Me! (not really, they speak for Fred/Raj).

You’re not a quantifiable generic statistic, you’re an individual pilot.

Crazy to compare yourself to an average pilot chart.

You do you though.

Good for you. But, I am pretty sure those are pay rates out of the charts, not what people earned by manipulating the system. Anyone who looks at the current proposed pay rates and can't see the plain math simply refuses to.

That chart was from the contract comparison that OUR UNION put out for @# sake.

I provided the link. Surely you didn't think I just picked some random chart.

the one where our union compared 757 pay to 737/airbus pay so that they could compare 767 pay to 757 pay?
