It’s so fascinating to see grown adults have temper tantrums because they lost. You know it was a subpar deal and you’re only upset because you won’t get a pay raise right now, don’t get the bump to your A plan yet, and won’t get the signing bonus yet. Well Helter Skelter is upon us! The 12 Angry Men mis-represented, twisted and down-right lied to instill fear and distrust of the people who had labored selflessly for this pilot group. You leaders of men who hide behind pseudonyms and pontificate from positions of complete ignorance have succeeded in losing millions of dollars of income, not just for today but for the lifetimes of our pilots.
Great slogan’s and self-absorbed opinions of personal negotiating abilities will definitely result in achieving an “Industry Leading Contract”. THE FACTS: (Please do not try to dismiss these with childish comments, it just furthers my point)
1. Neither Tony C or Brian H or any of you other tough guys will lead this pilot force to a more beneficial contract than what was just voted down.
2. You will NEVER recover 100% retro-pay from the amendable date so automatically you are leaving people behind, and let’s not forget the soon to be retiring.
3. The amount of time to get TA 2.0 is going to be considerably longer than what was sold by your peers. (You can’t even talk to the mediator until after Labor Day)
4. Any hope of being released by the NMB is gone at this point. You have no leverage, You have no ability to affect the Company, no way to bring them to their knees.
5. You are owed nothing by the company, all of you air wh***’s took your 200% and made $700k,$800k,$900k,$1M. Your “sacrifices “ what a joke.

You sound like a spoiled little brat who didn’t get his oompa loompa right now!
If you are losing out on the A-plan bump, you had several past negotiations in which to fight for IRS limits.
If you need the retro pay, cut back on spending
if you need the less-than-industry-standard hourly pay increase, sell the house and downgrade.
Sorry we drug you into a fight, but for the majority on property it is clearly worth it. You don’t have to roll up your sleeves and duke it out with us, but at least stop cheering for the other side.
