They can use 120 without a doctor's note. That's significantly better than being able to bank 72hrs a year even if you're lucky enough to not ever be sick when you're scheduled to work.

You have good faith calls from the chief pilot for any sick leave if you used more than 50 hours in the prevous sick leave year. During these good faith calls, your sick leave can be verified or you must provide a doctor's note.

You also have qualified health care professional certificates or a doctor's notes required if 120 hours is exceded in the previous 12 bid months, unless you used less than 50 hours in the previous two years.

Regardless of the above in the contract, you'll still get the "Hi I'm from the chief pilot's office and we're calling to make sure everything is ok" harrassments calls.

Go to Delta I guess?? They're hiring.

Or make this place better. I think most are choosing that route.

By “honest” roadshow math (adding excess sick & vac buyback ) the TA was substantially less than our peers.

Despite the loud social media/APC crowd, this is by far the exception and not the rule for most pilots.
