It would be nice if this levels the playing field. However, just because a rule is put in writing or re-emphasized in company comms doesn't mean it won't still keep being violated. I'm constantly amazed at some of the things pilots do which violate basic common sense never mind Appendix S in the FOM, ALPA code of ethics, CBA, expense reports, even FARs, etc. Maybe this new guidance will give some of these folks pause, but I wouldn't assume it's automatically the end of the shenanigans.

That is sarcasm…they DID fix it. Of course that would have been lost in the noise and misinformation coming from here and you would have needed to read the TA to find it.

Agree!!! I guess they can cut and paste what they actually did to fix it in the next TA from the failed TA.
