I do know I voted no, for many reasons, scope being a main consideration.

Now there are junior guys on this board that would gladly screw me out of any increase in my A plan, and I don't appreciate it.

The next TA must have an A plan bump, and it must be fair to the junior guys as well.

We should not be trying to screw someone else just to get more for ourselves. It must be fair to all.
Absolutely, Night. I like to tell myself that clowns like this idiot are a tiny minority of our YoUnG GuNns.

100%! As someone who is middle of the road here, I will gladly vote no for any TA that screws myself, junior pilots or senior pilots.

I’ve heard a lot of truly stupid quotes since coming here but the dumbest by far is, “Vote for what’s best for you and your family”. If you don’t see the retardation in that, you don’t deserve to be part of a union. Can you imagine if all those before us (in all union history, not just pilots) only took care of themselves? There would be no such thing as a union.

Another dumb quote told by idiots here is, “You’re only junior once.” There’s quite a few more but these two highlight what we’re working against.

Sad thing is too many pilots took care of themselves during negotions and all the extra flying during covid.

How does a contract amendment purposely “screw” somebody?

And it still continues..........

"Again, we look back at numbers. The last time we had back-to-

back draft numbers, like we've had in October and November was peak of 2022,

November and December. We've had five to six times the amount of draft we've seen in

previous buy-up months. If you go back to when we first went to 4.A.2.b back in 2009, it's

almost eight times the amount of draft/volunteer we had back then."
