or we could just get an increase to the dc plan with cash over cap and call it a day. That would benefit the majority of pilots here why wouldn’t we do what is the benefit of the majority. Where was the outrage and fist pounding to increase the pension in 2015 when they were actually the silent majority now they are simply the screaming minority

You sir, are the most divisive item in negotiations. You seem to want to publicly negotiate against our own MEC and NC. You say your sentiment is shared by over half of the crew force, yet there is not a member of the MEC that hasn't endorsed raising the pension. Most new block reps ran on a platform of keeping new hires on the pension. The NC says that the polling data shows that their asks are perfectly alligned with what the crewforce wants.
So, why do you continue to try to divide?
