Most of the patients are happy with the new doctor. He is working all the possible angles to bring the patients back to health so they can enjoy a solid quality of life NOW and in retirement. ALL IN!
Do you believe the NC is lying when JG said 90%+ of the emails, comments have been positive to the NC’s direction (a ratifies TA that does nut carve out QOL for pay rate for retirement)?

I am saying that the current MEC has ownership of the things they do. No excuses or justifications. They have held the helm for more than 2 years. They are responsible now….not the last guys….not Scott M…..not any previous group.
No more “yeah but the last guys………”.
Provide our pilots with the strong, stable, positive, professional leadership we need. Here, now, in the present.

I don’t believe the NC is lying. I’m not saying that the new doctor isn’t keeping patients happy.

are we talking dog years?
The new leadership barely got the ship under control and stabilized in Feb/March of 2024. Then they had to get it turned around and do damage control.
if you went to the most recent joint council meeting or watched the videos, you would see that you are indeed with a much more strong, stable, professional, and determined leadership than before when the pilot group was just being gaslit.

Yes, they do have ownership and I will hold them accountable. The TA2.0 produced will be judged with the same scrutiny as before. I did not rush PM and crew and I will be giving JG and crew the same latitude. I do understand how timeline uncertainty leads to differing opinions on getting results NOW.

One major difference between Pat & Co and current leadership is that they disseminated exactly zero pieces of information regarding what the TA would contain. Also, they presented PowerPoint slides saying that the Company might furlough if the TA was voted down (which, of course, was complete and utter BS). While I will always be skeptical and inquisitive of elected leaders, I trust current MEC leadership 100x more than the old crew. The moves they pulled were unconscionable at best.

Used to pay people 98hrs a month to make huge concessions at the negotiating table and put up “fix the pension” billboards on along the roads the rampers use to get to work. At least the initial course correction is pointing away from that now, even if it still needs some small adjustments.
